The phrase “Blue Eyed Soul” is trite, overused, and in this case, irrelevant. Jon B. does not have blue eyes.
But he’s got talent.

Who else remembers swearing up & down that Jon B. was Puerto Rican?
@ least Italian?
Who else remembers being devastated when they found out he was “just plain White”?
Well, I was.
Nonetheless, that changed nothing. Jon B. remains an excellent artist, proving you don’t need a gang Young Money behind you to make a hit.
